This exceptional silver rose bowl with lemon gilding to the interior is marked for Chester 1924. The scalloped edge makes for an unusual and impressive design. It is a good size measuring 150mm high, 192mm wide at the top and 110mm wide at the base. It is in good condition as can be seen in the images and the marks are clear. The silversmith is Solomon Blanckensee & Son Ltd. It is an elegant, useful and most attractive item of silverware. | |
